"Alignment"/"New Road"

"Alignment"/"New Road"

[NOTE]: This reading was facilitated with the dat Black Mermaid Man Lady Oracle Deck; authored by Sharon Bridgforth, art by Yasmin Hernandez.

Overview:

A conscious and subconscious card pull for keeping our truths in mind, learning and renewing trust in them. Professionally, I am in the process of a really major opportunity being presented to me. I am becoming more confident because the fact that the opportunity has been presented to me, then it must be for me. This discernment comes with being in alignment with what my Soul Mission and Purpose is – which I trust is to be a student and a witness to the stories of black queer femme folx, recording histories from their sources. You, I, we us are all worthy of being remembered as we exist. Recording history from its sources is the first truth.

Conscious

Ole Caney Sharp

speaks on Divine Opportunity

They Say –

"New Road"

grief fell around her feet.

her ghosts released

took the heartache with them.

her stolen innocence returned

anchoring a new song

till the Light

became her

and she became…

...Herself.

Subconscious

Sweetie Jr.

speaks on Clarity

She Say –

“Alignment”

they be talking to the night

do what need to be did.

for us. for all

taking care of whatever business need to be tooken care of

look like sweetie jr

come back from she

gran nana tasked

to that.

Conclusion:

You know the work that you need to do. This work is not only for you, it’s for your communities, for the world. Be responsible with and responsive to whatever alignment needs you to be responsive to. Practice awareness, what is meant for you to receive will not pass you by. Information that is necessary to your evolution, your enlightenment will not avoid you. Be present enough to welcome strength, your struggle serves a purpose when you are intentional about growth. Be present enough to listen. Be present enough to understand and endure the process of understanding.
